Yes, I would like to become a member of ‘Europe in Bamberg’!

We’re funded entirely through annual membership dues, so our mission and our projects are built on our membership.*

With your membership, you’ll be helping to support our work both in European education (in the broadest sense of the word), and in promoting and supporting the European idea of living together in solidarity, diversity and tolerance. Together, we want to both make and live difference between living side by side, or living together.

We’d be delighted if you wanted to become a member and a “Franconian European Ambassador” with a minimum contribution of 30,- EUR (pupils, students, refugees and people with low income only 15,- EUR)! Please download the membership applicaton form.. Simply fill it out, scan it and send it back to info@europa-in-bamberg.de.

We’d be especially delighted if you wanted to opt for a higher annual contribution at your discretion, to help further support the work we’re doing. In return, we invite you free of charge to all our European events in the city.

There are various ways to donate in favour of our registered association "Europe in Bamberg":

• Maybe you’d like give some of your time to get involved in our projects. Please feel free to send us an email at: info@europa-in-bamberg.de. We very much look forward to hearing from you!
• You would like to donate a smaller or larger amount of money on a regular basis to support our voluntary work for European coexistence in Bamberg (see donation link below).
• You would like to donate a one-time amount of money to set an example (see donation link below)

However big, and whatever form your contribution takes: please know that you’e making a valuable contribution to active European coexistence in diversity and tolerance in Bamberg.

Why your donation is so important:

• With a regular donation you support concrete projects, which we present on our website each time: this can be a football tournament among European and young people from all over the world in Bamberg, a paid lecture, or a European get-together on a current topic.
• Your donations, which are not earmarked for a specific purpose, also enable us to address topics that receive little public interest and thus hardly any donations. For example, do you have a European-related project in Bamberg in mind that you would like to support? Please don’t hesitate to bring it to our attention!
• Your individual donation enables us, for example, to complete our website so that we can use it to communicate our events to a wide audience. This is an essential contribution to successful public relations.
• We are financed 100% by membership fees and donations. And we’ve staggered our membership fees moderately – 15 EUR and 30 EUR – so that young people in school, training and study, refugees and people with low incomes can also afford membership. Therefore, higher individual contributions are essential for our work in the medium and long term.

Or give a membership for 30 EUR per year as a gift to someone you would like to please.

• With 30 euros you enable access to our community, our activity, and our discussion forums. Give the gift of Europe on the spot - for a birthday, an anniversary or the holidays. Or just in between.
